Cambridge Social Media Workshops

  1. Full payment for the CSM Workshop must be made prior to the workshop date. Fee payments will not be accepted on the day of the workshop.
  2. Workshop ticket payments can only be made via www.cambridgesocial.media, using a credit or debit card via Stripe, or PayPal.
  3. Refunds of Workshop Tickets are available up till 2 weeks before the workshop.
  4. Workshop Tickets are transferable to a new delegate, but Workshop organisers must be made aware in writing and no later than 48 hours before the Workshop date.
  5. There’s £10 admin fee on all refunds.
  6. When purchasing a ticket, you will automatically be accepting our terms and conditions.

Cambridge Social Media Day

  1. Full payment for the CSM Day Conference must be made prior to the conference date. Fee payments will not be accepted at the venue.
  2. Pre-launch Tickets or special offer Tickets are non-refundable.
  3. Refunds of Standard Tickets will only be provided when your ticket has been re-sold for the same value.
  4. Tickets are transferable to a new delegate, but Conference organisers must be made aware in writing and no later than 48 hours before the Conference date.
  5. No refund will be provided in any case when less than 48 hours’ notice (prior to the conference date) is given.
  6. There’s £10 admin fee on all refunds.

  9. Super Early Bird/Early Bird and Standard Tickets include: Access to all workshops during the day, recordings and additional materials from all sessions, an opportunity to learn from the best in their fields, a chance to network with fellow entrepreneurs, and drinks and food throughout the whole day.
  10. Online Pass Tickets include: Recordings of all talks, all worksheets, slides and additional learning materials, and the opportunity to network online with attendees. Online pass tickets do NOT include access to the physical event or goodie bags and other physical materials.
  11. Cambridge Social Media and Lenka Koppova reserve the right to re-schedule or cancel and of its conferences but guarantees to only do this in exceptional circumstances where due reason exists. If a conference is cancelled, every effort will be made to rebook you onto an alternative date OR refund your course fee.
  12. Cambridge Social Media and Lenka Koppova reserve the right to alter advertised course venue and speakers.  Where a change of venue takes place, all delegates will be informed by email no less than 24 hours prior to the conference start time.
  13. Cambridge Social Media and Lenka Koppova reserve the right to decline applications.
  14. Delegates are always required to observe and abide by all policies regarding health and safety, security, suitable conduct and behaviour and any other regulations set out by Cambridge Social Media, Lenka Koppova and the venue where the conference is being held.
  15. If a delegate breaches any codes of conduct or suitable behaviour whilst attending a conference or during the booking process, Cambridge Social Media and Lenka Koppova reserve the right to remove the delegate from the course or decline the delegate’s booking.  In the event of a delegate being removed from the conference, no refund or remuneration will be made.
