Ticket refund policy

If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this Conference, you may cancel your registration by emailing our team at hello@cambridgesocial.media. Our Attendee cancellation policy is outlined below.

Cambridge Social Media day is an event that contains much in the lead up and is recorded and accessible to all attendees after the event. We will not therefore be making any refunds for tickets purchased. You may however gift your ticket to someone else or sell your ticket on.

If you would like to take this option we can change the ticket holder name and email for you for free. Please let us know at hello@cambridgesocial.media

 

Force Majeure

Payments made are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use conference attendance credentials due to illness or due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as an act of God, natural disaster, travel-related problems or an act of terrorism. Under no circumstances will refunds be made due to a misinterpretation of the content or dissatisfaction of the event.

 If for any reason the conference is unable to go ahead as a result of technology failures all tickets will be refunded in full.
